Allergens and Your Product
In this module of the Maryland Food Ventures Online Course you will learn how to identify and manage risks from allergens that may apply to your value-added food product. To complete this module, please

2) Complete all associated exercises if applicable
Allergen Exercise
- Instructions: think about if any of the allergens talked about in lecture are in your proposed food product. Use this exercise to write how you would manage those hazards.
3) Review resources associated with this module, and
4) Take the Qualtrics evaluation
